Judicial exchange program expands to five new countries

The peer exchange programme has expanded to include judiciaries in five additional countries for the 2026 cycle.

Under the programme, judicial officers observe courts that have built experience in internet governance cases, including data protection enforcement and the handling of digital evidence.

Each exchange concludes with a comparative note identifying lessons that can be transferred to the visiting jurisdiction.
